The spacious dining area features a beautiful wooden table that seats 8, making it the perfect spot for shared meals, lively conversations, and unforgettable gatherings.

Experience the great outdoors with expansive grounds shaded by a majestic live oak tree. Fire up the BBQ grill and gather around the authentic German beer garden table for unforgettable group meals. Explore private hiking trails on the property, perfect for scenic walks with your furry friends.

Guests with zero reviews will be required to sign a renter's agreement and settle a $500 security deposit. This will be held and released 5 days after your stay assuming there's no damage in our unit.

We also charge a minimum of $150 for unapproved late checkouts.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside our property. You can smoke outside the property but we will just ask to make sure the smoke doesn't go inside and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Violation of our non-smoking policy will result in a minimum fee of $500.

We only host groups where the primary renter is above the age of 25+ years old. Will need ID verification.

Pet Fee is $100/pet (max of 2). This is a one-time, non-refundable fee as it causes a lot of extra cleaning for our crew, extra wear, and tear on the house and we have to shampoo the furniture as we have some guests who are allergic to pets. Pets must be house-trained and crated if left alone.

No events, parties, or additional guests than the number on your reservation without permission. An additional event fee will be charged.

Quiet hours in Austin start at 10 PM which means no guests are allowed outside or in the backyard after 10 PM. Our #1 priority is keeping the neighbors happy and this being a successful vacation rental for the long-term and the only way that works is if this rule is followed.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $25.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 10 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 10 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
