☆Inside the Home☆

The modern kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, cooking oil, basic spices, a two-door fridge, and an island with four stools. The dining area seats 8 with sweeping lake views just steps away.

The perfect open concept spreads into the living room which features a MASSIVE L-shaped sofa that fits the whole family and a 75" TV. Trying to enjoy a quiet movie night but the kids want to play? Head into the climate-controlled game room in the garage which includes a pool table, foosball table, large TV, sofas, arcade games, and a drink fridge. Still not enough action? Head to the casita to enjoy the state-of-the-art Trackman Golf Simulator with comfortable seating options.

☆Outdoor Paradise☆

Enjoy the large resort-style pool with waterfall spa (heating available for an additional fee), surrounded by generous cushioned seating designed for all-day lounging. A large U-shaped sectional wraps around the fire pit beneath glowing string lights, creating the perfect evening ambiance.

A spacious backyard green space leads directly to your private waterfront dock. The dock features private boat slip with a 12,000 lb and 8,000 lb lift.

Please note: the 8,000 lb lift is not available for guest use. Guests may tie their boat along the protected side of the dock near the buoys, located in a low-speed zone with minimal wake for a calm and secure tie-up.

Dock seating, paddleboards, and life vests are provided for guest enjoyment. Dine on the balcony overlooking the lake or unwind while taking in a beautiful Texas sunset.

Bedroom 1: Two king beds, ensuite bathroom with shower and jack-and-jill sink, walk-in closet, desk, TV, and balcony access.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed and crib – perfect for families with little ones.
Bedroom 3: Twin-over-queen bunk – ideal for kids or extra guests.
Bedroom 4: Queen-over-Queen bunk and one twin with reading nook, ensuite bathroom with shower and jack-and-jill sink.

RULES

For cancellations, please note that we do charge a payment processing fee on top of our cancellation policy.

The Golf Simulator Room is located separately from the house and requires an additional $700 fee for access.

We charge a minimum of $150 for an unapproved late checkout.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside our property. You can smoke outside the property but we will just ask to make sure the smoke doesn't go inside and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Violation of our non-smoking policy will result in a minimum fee of $500.

NO PETS allowed in this property.

Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM to help keep the neighborhood peaceful. You’re welcome to enjoy the outdoor areas during this time - we just ask that conversations stay at a lower volume so everyone can relax and enjoy their evening.

Note: There is a $500 fine for any noise violations / unapproved events.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
